1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using charmwright.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of the Service.

Charm Wright is an AI-powered social skills training platform. The Service provides interactive modules, AI coaching, response vaults, and progress tracking to help users develop communication and interpersonal skills. Content is for educational and self-improvement purposes only.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid subscriptions (Core and Elite) are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge if you believe a billing error has occurred.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the AI models, prompts, or content.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive others.
• Circumvent any access controls or security features of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, module structures, response vaults, and branding on the Service are owned by or licensed to Charm Wright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Educational module content is inspired by publicly available frameworks and books; attribution is provided within each module.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Charm Wrightdoes not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the Service will meet your expectations. The Service is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charm Wright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
